My name is Sheila Donnelly, I provide full circle doula services, from Conception/Adoption to End of Life Care. I offer Childbirth Education Classes as a Certified Gentle Birth Instructor.  I offer Positive Parenting the Positive Disapline Way as a Certified Insturctor.

I am a Wife, Mother of 3,  Active Grandmother of 9, Aunty, Great Aunty, Freind, Neighbor and Advocate to/for many. 

When deciding if becoming a parent is right for you, and all through our parentling journey;  I feel it is safe to say more than once we wish/ed we had a ear to hold our voice, a adviser to suggest just what we needed, a shoulder to cry on, a mother of the community to reach out to.  I feel I am that momma, the one who can lift you up when you are down, the one who can pop a pie into the oven and be by yourside withn minutes, the neighbor who brings soup for the soul.

 

During the prenatal period, I assist parents and expecting parents with non judgmental support, and Evidence Based Education. While your environment and body changes, I help prepare you for the Newest Chapter in your book of life. ​

During labor, and delivery I work along side of you as part of your team of caregivers.  ​I offer emotional support and physical comforts, so that your birth can be a positive experience. ​​
